We are a growing Authorized Dealer Category-II (AD-II) Forex organization expanding our Forex Card and International Payments operations. We are looking for experienced professionals from the payments / prepaid cards / forex / banking industry to join our team.
Candidates with experience in Forex Card operations, settlements, reconciliation, dispute management, compliance monitoring, and product marketing support are encouraged to apply.
Location: Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai, INDIA
Key Functional Areas
Forex Card Settlement
- Manage daily settlement cycles with card networks, processors, and partner banks.
- Monitor clearing and settlement reports for prepaid forex card transactions.
- Ensure timely funding and settlement reconciliation across systems.
- Investigate settlement discrepancies and coordinate resolution.
Reconciliation
- Perform daily reconciliation between:
- Card Management System
- Network settlement reports
- Processor files
- Bank accounts
- Identify mismatches, pending transactions, and reversals.
- Maintain reconciliation logs and prepare MIS reports.
Dispute / Chargeback Management
- Handle end-to-end dispute lifecycle.
- Process chargebacks and representments as per network guidelines.
- Coordinate with merchants, processors, and card networks.
- Track dispute timelines and maintain dispute registers.
Marketing & Business Support
- Assist in forex card product marketing and awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales channels and travel partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Support customer acquisition campaigns.
Preferred Candidate Background
Candidates should preferably have experience in:
- Payments industry
- Forex companies
- Prepaid card / card issuing companies
- Banks handling card operations
- Payment processors or fintech organizations
