Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with NBFCs, lenders, and financial institutions
- Support fund raising, debt structuring, and working capital arrangements
- Coordinate onboarding and execution of supply chain finance programs
- Review financials, assess credit risk, and monitor limits & repayments
- Ensure smooth operations, MIS reporting, and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies
Key Requirements
- Experience: 12+ years in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions
- Hands-on in fund raising, lender coordination, and supply chain finance
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and working capital cycles
- Exposure to manufacturing/B2B ecosystem (steel industry preferred)
Education
- CA (Chartered Accountant) – Mandatory
- Finance/Commerce/Management background preferred
