🚀 We are hiring! Join RoamPrime as our Deputy Manager – Finance!
Are you looking for a high-ownership role at an early-stage startup? RoamPrime is building a trusted, full-stack platform for refurbished two-wheelers, and we need a hands-on finance professional to help build our foundation for sustainable growth!
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the founders, build clean books, and grow into a Finance Manager or Financial Controller over time.
📌 Role Overview:
- Role: Deputy Manager – Finance
- Location: Bangalore (On-site)
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Compensation: Competitive fixed + Meaningful ESOPs
- Qualification: CA Preferred (CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance also preferred)
💡 What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, manage monthly closing, and handle reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and track key metrics like unit economics and burn rate.
- Manage GST compliance, statutory/tax audits, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Work directly with founders to support cash flow planning, cost optimization, and investor reporting.
🎯 Who We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
- Strong practical experience with MIS reporting, finalization of accounts, and statutory compliance.
- Candidates with startup or CA firm experience are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks, alongside an ownership mindset.
