Role: Deputy Manager - F&A
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
The Deputy Accounting Manager will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day accounting
operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial planning and decision-
making. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities
and the ability to manage and guide a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial statements
- Prepare and analyze journal entries
- Prepare payroll sheets
- Manage fixed assets
- Maintain fixed assets and other financial registers
- Handle GST, TDS, and Advance Tax reporting and compliance
- Ensure financial compliance with applicable labour laws (e.g., PF)
- Prepare and maintain MIS, trackers, financial reports, and budgets as required by management from time to time
- Assist in statutory and internal audits
- Support overall financial operations
- Supervise accountants within the organization
- Assist management in financial planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department
Qualifications & Skills
- 12–18 years of experience in accounting/finance, with significant experience in a
- senior or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, taxation, and compliance
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or aesthetics industry
- Professional certifications (CA Inter / CMA / equivalent)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
