Hiring: Deputy Manager / Manager – Plant Accounts

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Plant Accounts Professional to manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure financial discipline at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the plant
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
- Finalize accounts including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and supporting schedules
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams for financial control and MIS reporting
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Strengthen internal controls and maintain financial discipline across plant operations
Key Requirements:
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in plant accounting/manufacturing setup
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines
