About the Role
Facilitate and support Sabre to implement pricing solutions, including collaborating with customer staff on fares management business scenarios and liaising closely with Sabre Customer Care and Development teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
Scope: Facilitate managing AVFM/AVFO solution implementations which include system training, customer testing support, customer engagement and communications. Will assist in troubleshooting system technical issues as needed by liaising with internal Sabre teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate customer training related to the Sabre Pricing Suite.
- Develop customer communication planning.
- Support customer testing of systems.
- Work closely with Sabre Development and Customer Care teams to resolve technical issues.
- Deliver training workshops.
- Facilitate business scenarios execution with customer staff.
- Develop a solid working relationship.
Qualifications
- Graduate
- ATPCO / GDS, preferable Sabre Knowledge
- Ability to train large forum
Required Skills
- Detailed knowledge of ATPCO functionality (Desired)
- Airline pricing methodologies, including fare rules (Minimum)
- Communication-oral, written, presentation skills (Desired)
- Proficient, or ability to be proficient, in using Sabre Pricing products (Minimum)
- Airline industry knowledge and commercial awareness (Desired)
- Experienced in fare distribution for airline customers (Minimum)
- Ability to effectively communicate and deliver training programs (Desired)
- General knowledge of airline distribution practices (Desired)
- Understand feature functionality of Fares Manager (Minimum)
- Familiar with airline fares management systems (Minimum)
