Role Description
This full-time, on-site Deputy Manager CRM role is based in Mumbai. The position involves overseeing CRM operational activities, collaborating with different teams to implement strategies, and ensuring seamless CRM processes to drive customer satisfaction and retention. The role includes analyzing customer data, segmenting markets, supporting sales initiatives, and identifying opportunities for CRM optimization. The Deputy Manager will also manage CRM projects to align with organizational growth and business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and customer insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and understanding of market segmentation
- Proficiency in project management principles and methods
- Ability to develop and execute effective customer relationship strategies
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field
- Prior experience in CRM systems and tools is an advantage
