Position: Deputy Manager – Corporate Marketing
Locations: Pune (1 position), Vashi (2 positions)
Region: Western Region (primarily Maharashtra)

The Company provides a range of solutions across the water cycle from pre-treatment to process water treatment, wastewater treatment, recycling, zero liquid discharge, sewage treatment, packaged drinking water, and seawater desalination.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our regional corporate Marketing group initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving segmental marketing initiatives, enhancing market coverage, and supporting business growth in water and wastewater treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute segmental marketing plans aligned to business goals.
• Engage 10–15 customers/consultants monthly across the Western Region.
• Identify untapped markets and drive strategies to grow market share.
• Expand market coverage through structured customer and consultant outreach.
• Support pre-bid activities and manage technical specifications.
• Drive brand visibility through exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations at MIDC and industry forums.
• Gather and analyze competitor intelligence and market trends.
• Identify opportunities for new products and specialty applications.
• Lead market research to assess demand and emerging opportunities.
• Conduct pipeline reviews with account teams to resolve gaps and improve conversion.
• Represent the organization at industry platforms to generate leads.
• Manage key accounts and drive account-based marketing for wallet share growth.
Qualifications & Skills
• Engineering degree (Chemical/Mechanical) from a reputed institution.
• 7–8 years of experience in sales & marketing within water and wastewater treatment.
• Strong understanding of WTP/WWTP systems, membranes, resins, and specialty chemicals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Awareness of industry trends and developments.
• Ability to create customized presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 10–12 days per month.
• Quick learner with adaptability to dynamic environments.
