Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager based in Chennai. The Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Responsibilities will include managing client relationships, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting team performance to meet organizational objectives. The role may also involve optimizing departmental processes and contributing to strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Operational Leadership experience
- Client Relationship Management and Interpersonal Communication skills
- Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, and Decision-Making Capabilities
- Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance and Industry Best Practices
- Proficiency in Report Preparation and Data Analysis Tools
- Knowledge of industries like Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Infrastructure, or similar
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Management)
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role
