Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Deputy Manager at our Thane office. As a Deputy Manager, you will oversee and manage day-to-day operations, collaborate with teams to ensure efficient workflows, and drive key performance metrics. Responsibilities include team leadership, performance evaluations, reporting, and developing strategies to enhance company productivity. You will also provide support in driving business initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in business development, strategy planning, and client relationship management
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams
- Familiarity with operational management and performance evaluation processes
- Proficient in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in the B2B or marketplace industry is advantageous
