Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Intercompany accounting function, ensuring accurate and Timely recording of all transactions.
- Preparation of Related party transactions (RPT) schedule
- IC balance reconciliation with organic books to inorganic books and passing necessary audit entries.
- IC balance confirmation
- Work on Month-end and Year-end closing activities related to intercompany balances
- Maintain documentations for audit purposes
- Assist in process improvements to enhance reconciliation efficiency
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Provide training and Guidance to the Intercompany accounting team.
- Asist team in Merger and Acquisition activities
