Role Description The Deputy Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and operational activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects and products. This full-time hybrid role is based in Rae Bareli, with a blend of on-site responsibilities and some flexibility for work from home as business needs permit. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing production or project workflows, monitoring quality and compliance, analyzing performance data, and implementing process improvements. The Deputy Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare reports and documentation, manage resources, and assist in budgeting and cost control. The role also involves mentoring team members, supporting health and safety practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in operations management, project coordination, and production planning.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of MS Excel or similar tools for monitoring performance metrics.
- Experience with quality management systems, ISO standards, and process improvement methodologies.
- Effective leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Rae Bareli with remote tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, precision engineering, or industrial operations at a supervisory or managerial level.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
