- Coordinating with Legal/ Claim PICs of each country to have updates of the local claims, legal and compliance issues and maintaining records of the same.
- Communicating and co-ordinating with Country Claims PIC and assisting them in the claims and legal issues.
- To review, vet, correct and draft Customer Contracts, legal documents, notices, plaints, replies to the notices and guide country PIC about the legal liability/exposure.
- Communicate and co-ordinate with GHQ, P&I Clubs and local correspondents on the cases and to explore the best possible solution to resolve the issue.
- Guiding other departments/countries with the best operational/ documentation processes/ practices from a loss prevention perspective.
- Gathering relevant information/judgments/ legal challenges faced in regions and educating other countries about the same.
- Handling overall activities related to Compliance including conducting compliance trainnings.
- Assisting RHQ Claims, Legal & Compliance head as and required in ongoing issues.
