Job Description:
- Drive & lead the maintenance team to achieve the Breakdown targets, guide the Team Members and be accountable for spares availability
- Manage the overall Test Cell maintenance, equipment, test rig along with calibration of Instruments
- Related utility maintenance and service through efficient resource allocation, people management and internal coordination, Fulfilment of IMS requirements, Department 5S, Maintain Manuals and software Backups
- Conduct meetings for identification of issues which affecting targets and discuss the trends and best practices
- Nurture an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work, Train Team member to develop the team’s capabilities and build a strong team
EDUCATION: Bachelor in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
EXPERIENCE: 6 to 10 Years
