Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Nashik. The Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, implement strategies to achieve business objectives, and manage team performance to ensure a high level of efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, coordinating across departments, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes. The successful candidate will also assist in managing customer relationships and ensuring service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team management, leadership, and performance monitoring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure process optimization and operational excellence
- Knowledge of financial products, insurance, lending, and wealth advisory services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services
- Ability to work on-site collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
- Experience in the financial services or NBFC industry is highly advantageous
