Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Deputy Manager will oversee operational processes, manage teams, ensure compliance with company policies, and achieve performance targets. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating across departments to drive business success.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and identifying performance trends
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies and ensure policy compliance
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required
- Prior experience in financial services or NBFC operations is a plus
