Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the mechanical aspects of thermal projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and complete projects within deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to optimize equipment performance and reliability
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues or breakdowns in a timely and effective manner
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for project updates and stakeholder meetings
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards in all project activities
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and excellence across all project operations
Qualifications
7-13 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Certification Required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
