Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehra Dun for a Deputy Manager at Way2Class. The Deputy Manager will oversee and manage key operations, coordinate project execution across different teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content and technology solutions. Responsibilities include team leadership, resource allocation, performance oversight, and fostering collaboration between design, technology, teams to meet business objectives. Also contribute to organizational strategy and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong skills in managing teams, project coordination, and resource allocation.
- Project Management: Proficiency in planning, execution, and delivery of projects within deadlines and budgets.
- Content Development and Design Expertise: Experience in working with instructional design, digital content creation, and accessibility compliance.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of advanced learning technologies such as AR/VR, AI, and digital transformation tools.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze challenges and implement process improvements effectively
- Technology, Management, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience in the EdTech, education, or digital transformation sectors is preferred.
