Role Description
The Deputy Manager – Production Planning and Control will oversee and manage production schedules, capacity planning, and inventory control to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves coordinating with various departments, analyzing production data, and ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet customer and organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Schedules and Production Planning
- Proficiency in Capacity Planning and Inventory Control
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize workflows
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively
- Proficiency in manufacturing planning software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
