Role Description
- Drive global sales and business development across corporate and academic segments
- Engage with corporates and universities for PMaspire’s training batches, certification programs, and collaborative offerings
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities aligned with revenue and growth targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand presence in international markets, including university collaboration programs
- Build, manage, and scale relationships with corporate clients, universities, and institutional partners
- Establish and grow international academic partnerships to drive certifications, joint programs, and institutional alliances
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, product, and technical teams) to deliver customized solutions for both enterprises and academic institutions
- Deliver product demonstrations, lead negotiations, and manage proposal development for diverse stakeholders
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights across global corporate and education sectors
- Consistently meet sales KPIs and report performance metrics and forecasts to leadership
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of overall sales experience
- 4–5 years of exposure in global sales, with preference for candidates having worked on international markets and university collaborations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or global IT/software solutions preferred
- Proven ability to build institutional partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships across geographies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
Compensation: ₹6–7 LPA
Work Mode: Remote
