Key Responsibilities
- Support ROV operations in project execution, team coordination, safety, and compliance (office & site)
- Assist in planning, execution strategies, and multi-site coordination
- Review technical drawings, procedures, and operational plans
- Identify and analyze operational and safety risks
- Support budgeting, cost estimation, and financial planning
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, reports, MIS, and audit documentation
- Assist in client communication and technical query resolution
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties
- Work closely with BD, Engineering, R&D, and Maintenance teams
- Support ISO compliance, QA/QC checks, and audit readiness
- Ensure equipment readiness and maintenance tracking before mobilization
- Drive 5S practices and safety culture across operations
- Mentor junior team members and support decision-making processes

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or related fields
- Experience: 4–5 years in ROV operations / NDT / Survey / Offshore / Subsea environments
- Prior experience in project coordination with site exposure is preferred
- Candidates from NDT or Survey background are strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel to project sites
- Ability to work in dynamic and high-pressure environments
- Open to on-job training and domain-specific certifications
- Mandatory medical fitness clearance (as per company policy)
