Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Deputy Housekeeper role for one our prestigous client located in Jamnagar .The Deputy Housekeeper will ensure the smooth execution of housekeeping operations by overseeing cleaning standards, managing laundry services, and maintaining organized service schedules. They will supervise and train housekeeping staff, monitor supplies, and collaborate with other departments to deliver the highest level of customer service. The role also involves addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Laundry operations, including sorting, cleaning, and inventory tracking
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle guest queries and ensure a welcoming environment
- Excellent Organization Skills to coordinate housekeeping schedules and manage supplies effectively
- Ability to provide Training and development to team members for maintaining high operational standards
- Experience in staff supervision, attention to detail, and working in hospitality or facility management roles is preferred
- Diploma or relevant certification in hospitality management or housekeeping is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to achieving goals
