Job Description:
- Responsible for content & curriculum development for Early Years Program Department
- Organise and implement the curriculum and its assessment, through monitoring and evaluation, identify and act on areas of improvement.
- Train and mentor teammates
- Oversee the development of a progressive and challenging curriculum
- Promote excellence in teaching and learning, ensuring a continuous and consistent focus on students achievement and development.
- Training teachers from time to time (Should be open to travel PAN India as and when required)
Qualification:
- A masters degree in education or an equivalent.
- Extensive teaching and administration experience in Pre Primary grades.
- Handling teachers training.
- Excellent research and report writing abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
- The ability to follow instructions but also come up with original ideas.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software systems.
- A high degree of professionalism and courteous attitude.
