Lead / Deputy Head – Process cum HSE Engineering
20Yrs + , Offshore Experience : 10Yrs +, Process HOD experice : Min 2 Yrs. Mandatory.
📍 Location: Noida, India
This is a strategic leadership role involving end-to-end execution of hydrocarbon projects along with driving Process and HSE excellence across the organization.
Key Highlights of the Role:
- Leadership responsibility in Process & HSE Engineering
- Involvement in offshore project execution (start to end lifecycle)
- Opportunity to mentor and develop engineering teams
- Exposure to large-scale EPC projects in the hydrocarbon domain
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- 20–25 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Hydrocarbon EPC
- Strong exposure to offshore projects execution
- Experience in leadership roles (HOD / Deputy HOD level)
- Expertise in both Process Engineering & HSE
