Role Description The Deputy Growth Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for driving business growth by supporting sales initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase market share. Daily tasks include analyzing sales and customer data, preparing growth reports, coordinating with internal teams on projects, and supporting the execution of campaigns and strategic initiatives. The Deputy Growth Manager collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on growth objectives and to optimize processes and outcomes. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders, monitoring progress against targets, and recommending data-driven improvements to support sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to present insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage internal stakeholders.
- Sales knowledge and experience in supporting or managing sales initiatives, pipelines, and performance tracking.
- Project management skills to coordinate growth-focused projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related industry is preferred.
- Ability to work with targets, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting or CRM tools is beneficial.
