Role Purpose
The DGM – Operational Strategy will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across project operations to improve efficiency, cost optimization, delivery timelines, and standardization across regions. The role will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business strategy into executable operational plans.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and deploy operational strategy aligned with organizational growth plans.
- Translate corporate objectives into actionable operational roadmaps for projects and regions.
- Support leadership in long-term capacity planning and scalability initiatives.
Operational Excellence
- Drive process standardization, SOP implementation, and best practices across projects.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Monitor project KPIs related to cost, time, quality, and productivity.
Cost & Performance Management
- Lead cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or compliance.
- Track project performance dashboards and highlight risks, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Partner with finance and procurement teams for budgeting and cost governance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Management, Construction, Design, Procurement, Legal, and Sales teams.
- Act as a strategic partner to regional/project heads to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure alignment between HO strategy and on-ground execution.
Governance & Reporting
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management and leadership reviews.
- Establish governance frameworks for tracking strategic initiatives and outcomes.
- Support audits, risk reviews, and compliance-related operational requirements.
Digital & Process Transformation
- Support adoption of digital tools, MIS systems, and analytics for operations.
- Drive change management initiatives for new processes and systems.

- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on operational understanding

- Data analytics, MIS, and dashboarding capabilities
