We're Hiring – Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Location: Ottappalam,Palakkad, Kerala
Industry: Medical Device Manufacturing
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Production Planning & Control (PPC) to join our growing medical device manufacturing team.
Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in the medical device manufacturing industry or a similar regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities.
- Prepare and monitor production plans to achieve delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Stores, and Engineering for smooth operations.
- Manage procurement planning, vendor coordination, and material availability.
- Oversee supply chain management and inventory optimization.
- Handle logistics planning, dispatch coordination, and on-time customer deliveries.
- Monitor production schedules, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and regulated manufacturing practices will be an added advantage.
