Role Overview
The DGM – CSP & Plant Head will be responsible for overall plant operations, with complete ownership of
- Production planning
- Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packing functions.
- The role involves strategic leadership, operational excellence, and profitability management while ensuring quality, compliance, and delivery performance.
- Innovation for productivity improvements.
- Automating functions where possible
Key Responsibilities
- Lead entire plant operations and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Drive production planning, capacity management, and on-time delivery.
- Implement best practices in cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and buyer requirements.
- Own plant P&L and control manufacturing costs.
- Lead, train, and develop teams across functions.
- Drive lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure machinery maintenance and infrastructure efficiency.

- Strong expertise in home furnishing CSP operations.
- Proven plant management and leadership experience.
- Knowledge of IE tools, productivity improvement, and efficiency management.
- Experience with buyer compliance and export operations.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Director Operations / COO (Cheif Operating Officer)
- Direct reports include Production Managers, QA Executive, Maintenance Executive, and Warehouse/Dispatch Executive
Preferred Industry Exposure
- Export-oriented home furnishing textile units.
- Experience with international buyers
- Handling Efficient and versatile production environments.
Experience
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in home furnishing textile manufacturing with at least 5 years in senior leadership or plant management role.
- B.Tech in Textile Technology / Apparel Production / Industrial Engineering
Compensation
CTC 18 lacs/ Annum
