Key Responsibilities
- Assist in driving overall sales strategy and revenue planning for premium/luxury projects
- Assist in leading end-to-end sales operations to achieve business targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with market trends
- Build and manage strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and channel partners
- Expand and strengthen channel partner networks
- Oversee lead generation through digital marketing, site visits, and referrals
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CRM, and Finance)
- Define pricing strategies and market positioning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes
- Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive referrals and repeat business
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10–15 years of experience in sales, preferably in premium/luxury real estate
Key Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in client relationship management (HNI/UHNI clients)
- Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics
- Financial acumen and CRM proficiency
