Objective
AGM – Marketing role will manage strategy, execution monitoring, and cross-functional coordination across all marketing verticals. The role will act as the operational head of marketing, ensuring sharper execution and stronger inter-departmental alignment.
Integrated Marketing Leadership
• Lead overall marketing strategy and annual planning
• Align all marketing verticals with brand and business priorities
• Drive execution excellence across teams and agency partners
• Build strong cross-functional coordination between marketing, sales, and channel teams
Brand & MarComm
• Approve annual communication roadmap
• Oversee campaign development and execution
• Ensure strong product communication and premium brand positioning
• Guide creative strategy, media planning, brand storytelling, and agency coordination.
Retail / Visual Merchandising
• Drive premium retail identity and VM standards
• Oversee retail branding rollout across the network
• Ensure execution quality and consistency across branded outlets
• Develop impactful in-store consumer engagement initiatives
Digital + Offline Marketing
• Define digital growth strategy across performance, content, and CRM
• Lead integration of online and offline consumer acquisition initiatives
• Strengthen dealer digital marketing programs
• Guide hyperlocal marketing and local activation strategies
PR + CSR
• Drive corporate communication and media engagement strategy
• Build brand reputation and thought leadership opportunities
• Lead CSR platform planning and communication
• Develop partnerships that strengthen corporate brand equity
Events / MICE
• Lead dealer engagement programs, conferences, and incentive travel initiatives
• Oversee product launches and brand events
• Build premium brand experiences through experiential marketing initiatives
Expeditions & Portal
• Lead expedition-led brand platform development
• Build operator partnerships and consumer communities
• Drive expedition calendar planning and content creation
• Oversee portal / digital ecosystem development for motoring lifestyle engagement
Marketing Analytics & Finance
• Drive ROI-led marketing planning
• Monitor budget deployment and spending efficiency
• Build dashboards for campaign effectiveness and business impact
• Strengthen reporting systems and governance across initiatives
Team Leadership
• Lead vertical heads across MarComm, VM, Digital, PR, CSR, MICE, and Analytics
• Build accountability systems and review mechanisms
• Mentor team members and identify capability gaps
• Drive culture of ownership, speed, and execution excellence
