- Global Process Design (Record-to-Report)
- Define and approve global finance processes in SAP S/4HANA
- Drive harmonization across countries and business units
- Own FI process scope within global template

- Audit & statutory reporting requirements
- Define accounting treatment for complex transactions:
- Revenue recognition
- Inventory accounting
- Intercompany eliminations
- FX valuation & revaluation
- Accruals & provisions
- Data & Controls
- Own Finance master data definitions:
- Chart of Accounts
- Document types
- Posting keys
- Account determination logic
- Define and validate:
- Financial controls
- Audit trails
- Approval workflows
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Testing & Deployment
- Lead UAT cycles and business validations
- Prepare test scenarios & expected accounting entries

Qualifications
Experience Requirements
- 8 – 14 years’ experience in Finance / Controllership / Reporting
- Minimum 3 years of involvement working in SAP ERP environment
- Experience in SAP implementation / rollout / migration preferred
- Manufacturing / Pharma / Multi-country organization preferred
- Educational Qualification
- CA / CPA / CMA / MBA Finance
- Strong accounting background mandatory

Executive Role: Specialists in all aspects of people management. High-level input at strategic level into all key business decisions.
Audit Role: Ensures all areas of the organization are compliant with legal requirements AND best practice employment policies and procedures.
Facilitator Role: Close partnership to support, advise and extend the ability of all areas of the organization to meet their objectives through implementation of highly effective employment practices in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Reward systems, Performance Management, Health and Wellbeing.
Consultancy Role: Provide expert advice to the organization and it’s managers on any aspect of workforce management and employee relations and performance.
Service Role: Ensure the organization is fully aware of and is equipped to deal with developments impacting employment matters, such as changes in legislation, changes in the characteristics of the labor market.
