Roles & Responsibilities:
The Deputy General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the Bangalore region, ensuring seamless operations, strong client relationships, and effective stakeholder coordination. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in both operations and sales, capable of driving service excellence and business performance. The DGM will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining high operational efficiency, and ensuring optimal facility performance in line with the brand’s premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive exceptional customer experience by ensuring premium service delivery and executing high-quality client engagement initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end operations, including facility management, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and front-office functions.
• Build and manage relationships with high-profile clients, stakeholders, and vendors, serving as the primary escalation point.
• Lead innovative member onboarding initiatives and continuously enhance overall member satisfaction and engagement.
• Conceptualize and execute community engagement programs and events to enrich the member experience.
• Plan and manage the community budget, including event allocation and expense tracking with timely reporting.
• Drive business growth through effective budgeting, cost control, occupancy optimization, and retention strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintain accurate operational reporting and documentation.
• Drive IOS sales and overall business growth initiatives within the region.
