Role Description
The Deputy General Manager - Enterprise Sales will be responsible for overseeing and driving enterprise sales initiatives and strategy. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing and mentoring the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
· Graduate – Required
· MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Strategy – Preferred
· 8–12 years in enterprise/B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
· Demonstrated experience closing large-ticket enterprise deals
Exposure to consulting, EdTech, HR Tech, L&D, or B2B SaaS domains preferred
