Role overview & Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and business strategies
- Lead multiple sales teams across projects
- Drive revenue growth and achieve company targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Monitor CRM performance and lead conversion rates
- Ensure effective coordination between departments
- Conduct training and mentoring for team leaders
- Prepare business reports for senior management

Qualifications:
- Any Degree / MBA (preferred)
- Experience: 8–12 years in real estate

Salary & Package:
- Fixed Salary: ₹40k – ₹50k per month
