Purpose of the Role:
Lead the Payroll, Benefits and Trust accounting vertical within R2R
Job Responsibility:
- Lead the Payroll, Benefits and Trust accounting vertical for all the entities that are served by TMGSL.
- Be the subject matter expert in the above areas
- Identify process inconsistencies and drive standardization of processes across various countries/legal
- entities
- Identify technological improvements and drive transformation initiatives
- Review the Trial Balance and accounts reconciliations for these areas and sign off on the same
- Drive stakeholder governance and ensure all KPI’s are adhered
- Identify potential opportunities for transition
- Work closely with the business to transition new work packets.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Functional Knowledge of Skills (Must Have)
- End to end understanding of Payroll accounting and related aspects
- End to end understanding of Payroll accounting and related aspects
- SME of Actuarial valuation requirements as per accounting standards
- Complete and sound understanding on trust activities and related technology
- Strong attention to details and analytic mindset
Skills & Competencies:
1. Leadership Behavior Team management, Cross functional team engagement, Stakeholder management, Effective communication
2. Educational Qualification CA/ICWA.
3. Language Proficiency English
5. Experience Required 10+ years in respective area
6. Location: Thane/ Pune
