- ty.Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, financial control, and M
- IS.Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory guidelin
- es.Coordinate the design, maintenance, and enhancement of accounting systems, financial reports, and statistical retur
- ns.Support implementation and ongoing compliance with IFRS / Ind AS across the organizati
- on.Ensure timely submission of financial and regulatory reports to management and statutory authoriti
- es.Oversee compliance with GST, TDS, and other direct and indirect tax regulatio
- ns.Coordinate tax filings, assessments, audits, and responses to statutory notic
- es.Support tax planning initiatives to ensure efficiency while maintaining regulatory complian
