We are looking to hire a Deputy Factory Manager / Factory Manager – Operations for our manufacturing facility.
The role will involve handling and coordinating:
- Production
- Logistics & Dispatch
- Quality Control coordination
- Plant operations & day-to-day factory management
The candidate will work closely with the GM and should be capable of independently handling operational issues and driving smooth factory functioning.
We are looking for someone with:
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Strong operational and team management skills
- Exposure to production planning, inventory, and compliance
- Hands-on approach and ownership mindset
This is an important second-line leadership role with long-term growth potential within the organization.
