About Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Director – Training & Placement to provide visionary leadership to our T&P function. The incumbent will own end-to-end placement outcomes, build a robust employer ecosystem, and design transformative career development programmes.
Job Description
• Provide strategic leadership in career services, placements, and industry partnerships.
• Build strong employer networks across the industry domain
• Drive student career readiness through counselling, training, and internships.
• Lead placement initiatives, campus recruitment, internships and career development programs.
• Manage data-driven reporting of placement outcomes and trends.
Qualification & Experience:
• Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Ph.D. is preferred and will be given significant weightage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience, of which at least 3 years must be in a leadership role within a University/Institution T&P department OR in Corporate HR/L&D with demonstrated campus hiring responsibility.
• Strong existing network of HR and talent acquisition professionals across industries will be a distinct advantage
