Deputy Director – Faculty Development and Updation
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Deans, Principals, and HoDs for implementation of future skills and global certification programs
- Plan and execute faculty development initiatives including certification programs and industry-aligned training
- Monitor progress of faculty upskilling, certifications, and participation across departments
- Facilitate collaboration with industry partners and certification bodies
- Support knowledge transfer initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for institutional review and accreditation
- Ensure effective execution of faculty development strategies
Qualifications & Eligibility:
- Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university (Ph.D. preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of academic/industry experience
- Experience in faculty development, training programs, or skill development initiatives will be preferred
- Exposure to Learning & Development (L&D), capacity building, or industry-academia collaboration will be an added advantage
