Role description:
The role is designed for a qualified Chartered Accountant responsible for managing core finance functions including financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls. The position requires strong analytical capability, ownership mindset, and the ability to operate in a dynamic business environment while supporting strategic decision-making.
The following information is for the purpose of understanding the role and tasks associated to the role and job profile.
The primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to the duties stipulated herein.
Responsible for:
1.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
2.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act.
3.Coordinate with auditors (internal and statutory) and manage audit processes.
4.Track financial performance against budgets and business plans.
5.Strengthen internal control systems and ensure adherence to financial policies.
6.Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
7.Provide financial insights for new projects, investments, and cost optimization.
8.Assist Director of Finance in strategic initiatives and financial modeling
Experience and Qualification:
1.Experience ranging from 5 years to 8 years.
2.Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

6.Experience of having worked in an Industry Association or Chamber of Commerce.
