Key Responsibilities
1. Examination Planning & Coordination
- Assist in scheduling internal and external examinations.
- Coordinate with departments to finalize timetables and exam logistics.
- Ensure proper allocation of examination centers, invigilators, and resources.
2. Conduct of Examinations
- Oversee the secure preparation, printing, and distribution of question papers.
- Ensure adherence to examination rules and regulations.
- Monitor examination processes to prevent malpractice.
3. Evaluation & Results Processing
- Supervise answer script collection, evaluation, and moderation processes.
- Ensure timely compilation and declaration of results.
- Verify accuracy and maintain confidentiality of student records.
4. Administrative Duties
- Maintain examination records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in handling student grievances related to exams and results.
- Prepare statistical reports and analysis of examination outcomes.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory bodies.
- Implement quality control measures in examination processes.
- Support audits and accreditation requirements.
6. Technology & Systems Management
- Manage examination management systems and digital tools.
- Ensure data security and integrity in online/offline examinations.
- Assist in implementing automation and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from a recognized university (PhD preferred).
- Relevant administrative experience in academic/examination management.
- Strong knowledge of examination systems and academic regulation
