Role Objective
We are looking for a high-impact On-Field Sales Trainer with hands-on field sales experience and sales training experience to enable and uplift
the performance of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and on-field sales teams. This role is deeply field-embedded and focused on translating sales strategy into consistent, on-ground execution, where ASMs actively engage with both sellers and buyers to drive deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct live, on-field training and coaching through joint calls, ride-alongs, and market visits with ASMs and sales teams
• Coach ASMs on end-to-end deal closure involving both sellers and buyers, including negotiation, objection handling, and closure techniques
• Enable ASMs to become strong field coaches and people managers capable of driving team performance
• Drive excellence in territory planning, market coverage, and channel/seller management
• Deliver practical product, market, and competitive training aligned to real field scenarios
• Identify capability gaps using field observations and data; design targeted training interventions
• Create and maintain field-ready training tools such as playbooks, coaching guides, and objection-handling frameworks
• Act as a feedback bridge between field teams and Sales, Product, and Marketing functions
Mandatory Requirements
• Proven hands-on on-field sales experience in a territory-driven or channel-led sales environment
• Prior experience in sales training, field coaching, or capability building (good to have)
• Strong understanding of ASM-led sales models where managers actively engage with sellers and buyers to close deals
• Demonstrated ability to coach adult learners and influence field teams
