Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy City Head Sales, located in Bengaluru North. The Deputy City Head Sales will oversee sales operations in the region, focusing on driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing key accounts, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining retention strategies. Responsibilities include mentoring and developing the sales team, analyzing sales data for strategy optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for business alignment. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction and managing end-to-end sales processes efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, and Account Management
- Experience in Client Relationship Building and Customer Retention
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
- Leadership and Team Management abilities
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of community management or prop-tech industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
