Role Description
The Deputy City Head - Sales will be responsible for leading and managing sales teams to drive growth and establish NoBrokerHood's presence across Bengaluru North. This full-time, on-site role involves strategizing and executing sales plans, developing and maintaining key client relationships, managing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also includes overseeing team performance, setting targets, and ensuring goals are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with broader company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and surpass targets effectively
- Strong Account Management skills to build and nurture relationships with clients
- Demonstrated expertise in Team Management with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Analytical Skills with capability in data-driven decision-making and market analysis
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution to drive business growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Relevant experience in the real estate or technology industry is a plus
