Position description: Client sourcing with ETB & NTB clients, Client servicing
Primary Responsibilities
- 1. Achieve assigned target for sales and regular collection 2. Conduct center meeting as per the schedule 3. Ensure collection receipt agains collection 4. Depositing amount at branch as per company policy 5. Take follow up for FTOD cases 6. Pre-disbursement documentation process 7.Handle customer queries, build up customer relationship and develop brand value in the market 8. Conduct physical verification of customer residence to identify right client
Additional Responsibilities
- 1. Clarify all customer queries in terms of ROI, charges, repayment process, Insurance etc. 2. Do not get involved financial or non-financial transaction with customers. 3. Clear queries of customer, clarify all charges, and future legal implications 4. Maintain decency and good behaviour while dealing customers/gaurantors 5. Conduct reference check from neighbours or other customers from the village to check internal conflicts among group members. 6. Perform tasks with sincerity and maturity , not causing any harm to the goodwill and the dignity of the client. 7. Maintain customer confidentiality and do not disclore information about the client to any third party. 8. Adhere to code of conduct of the bank. 9. Timely reporting to supervisors and seniors 10. Take responsibility of bank information and do not disclose info to any Third party - verbal, written , soft copy. 11. Safeguard bank assets s.a. Identity Card, SIM, Tablet, Bag, Computer Systems, Mobile/printer etc.
