🎯 Your Mission as IPM Manager
You will own the complete IP lifecycle for API-led programs — from idea to global filing strategy.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
🧾 End-to-End Patent Ownership (Core Requirement)
- Drive complete IP management for API & formulations
- Draft & file provisional, complete, PCT & national phase applications
- Lead prosecution (FER responses, examiner interactions)
- Handle ANDA / 505(b)(2) / NCE filings
🧠 Strategic IP Leadership
- Build IP strategies aligned with R&D & business goals
- Perform FTO, patentability & landscape analysis
- Identify white spaces & risk areas for pipeline projects
- Monitor global competitor filings & trends
🔗 Cross-Functional Impact
- Work closely with API R&D teams (mandatory exposure)
- Support regulatory filings with IP alignment
- Collaborate with external patent counsels globally
🧪 Must-Have Background
- 🎓 M.Pharm / M.Sc. / Ph.D. (Pharma / Chemistry / Life Sciences)
- 🧠 6-10 years in Pharma IP (API experience is mandatory)
- 📂 Proven experience in end-to-end patent lifecycle handling
