Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities
- Engage with channel partners to build and strengthen relationship
- Build distribution for Sales business.
- Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for ASMs/SM’s/PSF, monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with the ASMs and monthly review with the sales teams.
- Achieving & exceeding Business goals.
- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
- Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Ensuring that Goals, PMS discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, skip level meetings are done on time and in an effective manner.
- Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations.
- Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio for the Region
- Employee will have to travel to meet all Dealers & help SMs to source Business for entire Region.
Required Qualifications And Experience
"1. Graduation with 8 to 10 years and MBA with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments
- Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
- Excellent communication & relationship skills.
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
- Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter."
