Your impact
- As a BIM Architect you will join our global team of experts -. You will work in project with multiple disciplines involved like Architecture, Structures & MEP
- Should have good knowledge of BIM Domain essentials for project setup, work-sharing, work-set management, clash detection, procedures and project delivery. Use Navisworks/Other Software or Tools to coordinate BIM model with all design team members from other trades and demonstrate conflicts and clashes which must be resolved
- Customize intelligent components to optimize production of the entire team. Having Dynamo/API knowledge for specifying or programming plug ins is an advantage
- Be responsible for BIM file management for multiple projects, including file naming, versioning, viewports, paper sheet setup, scripts, etc., along with management of file transfer protocols in an organized fashion
- Provide training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, which provides 3D models using project specifications and content
Here's what you'll need
Required
- B.Arch., Autodesk Accredited professional/ Revit user
- Familiar with universal BIM Standards (CoBie, PAS/BS 1192) & interoperability between different software programs like Revit, Civil 3D etc
- Experience on Middle East or international projects
