About the role
DEPT® is looking for an experienced Design Director to join our growing team. This is a full-time contract role, working remotely for clients across the US.
As a Design Director, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to define and execute compelling creative solutions for our clients. You'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of designers, while also rolling up your sleeves to contribute high-quality design work.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the creative vision and execution for multiple client projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, development, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery
- Provide creative direction, mentorship, and feedback to your design team
- Present and sell creative concepts to clients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices
