Location : Madurai
Role : Maintain stock status Maintain stock register Enquiry of delivery status Coordinate with transporters, Supervise loading and unloading of stock without damage Check number of packages against invoice
Billing & planning of deliveries. - - Ensuring correct billing of orders.
-Planning vehicles on the basis of best route and optimum vehicle utilisation
-Ordering vehicle loads on transporters & ensuring timely placement
-Ensuring that SKU's are loaded correctly against order placed.
-Ensuring that the stocks are placed & stacked correctly within vehicle.
-Ensuring the stocks reach the CP's within the approved service levels and safely.
-Any issues at the CP level with regards to Service should be appropriately handled or escalated.
Depot Hygiene & operations - - Ensuring that the depot is maintained very clean & all precautions followed as specified in SOP
Ensure Proper and timely repackaging and Destruction activity
-Ensuring nil stock variance in audits.
-Followup and close Quality audit NCRs at the earliest
- Ensure the Incoming vehicles are safely unloaded and detention is minimized to the extent possible
-Timely repacking of stocks & updating of write off in system.
Bill Payments - Checking all bills ( Transporters, labour etc) as per agreement and ensuring Nil discrepancy against contract / approvals.
- Ensuring timely clearance of bills from logistics to accounts.
- Follow up with all concerned incase of payment delays.
-Maintenance of Receipts for all labour & miscellaneous payments done.
Statutory Obligation - Ensuring that all statutory license (eg : FSSAI, Fire) is in place with timely renewal of all licensees.
-Maintain and ensure timely renewals of all contracts with regard to the Depot.
